Structural repairs require work on the stability and appearance, while cosmetic repairs require painting and finish repair to improve appearance.

We label all of our repaired guitars with either CR (cosmetic repair) or SR (structural repair). You can expect to see a 15% off used price for CR and 25% off used price for SR on most models. You can expect all SR and CR guitars to have smooth to the touch feel.

Yes! If you have a damaged guitar and would like to trade it in for store credit or cash, send us an email with some pictures and we will provide you with a quote. If you would like to move forward with the trade/sale, ship the guitar to us and we will pay you/issue credit upon receipt.

All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in checkout and banner. All guitars will be shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Returns are accepted if the guitar is not delivered in the state described
here and in the pictures. Once the guitar has been returned, a refund will be
issued minus original shipping costs.
